Our Approach
Approach
We have a specific approach at Akademia Partners. First we adhere to strict professional standards, second we keep track with the latest developments of human science, and third we focus on techniques that change businesses. All our programs are build around and relate to what we call “The triangle of professional transformation”. We chose this proven way to help Participants reach a higher state of one-self: energized, aware and connected.

What we do NOT do!
- “Psycho-analyze” While individual performance is often linked to emotional factors, while private life is typical the motor of the emotions, we focus on the individual’s professional context.
- Be flamboyant We value all Participants. We help them understand and grow their strengths. It can only be achieved by being modest and questioning.
- Promote the latest fad. Fads come and go. They are a waste of resources. We do not do that.
- Focus on a few Every Participant is expected to participate. We have no favorite among Participants in trainings.
- Preach. We are not promoting any religious conviction nor experiment spirituality. We leave Participants free of shaping their willpower to drive change.
- Break people down. People might fall or trip when trying to jump a difficult part of the process. We are there, next to them, putting them back on their feet.
- Become a Guru While our coach have knowledge, wisdom as well as charisma, we do not wish to acquire lasting authority on Participants.
- Download information Most of the offers of our competitors are this: presenting smart slides and contents to a sitting room. We go further: our Clients are winners, we support them in achieving results.
Achieving best-of-class results
Our staff witnesses that the best results are achieved by following the “Mind Influence Model”. The Model was extended from the basis of different Human Science academic research by the Organization Practice of McKinsey & Co in the United States. Alexandre De Raemaeker, one of the key people at Akadamia, is an alumnus of McKinsey & Co and was successfully applied the Model to many different Client situation during his 4 years tenure at McKinsey & Co.

Practically, for instance, a 3-day course will lose its effect if in the coming six months it is not followed-up by an additional training. For lasting results, the appraisal systems of the company should promote the newly-acquired desired behavior. Finally, repetition is key, we provide the Participants with a monthly reminders and propose additional exercises.

Essential rules of engagement
- Our staff is professional, responsible and accompanies the Participants in a period of individual changes
- Programs should be schedule over periods of up to 6 months and allow for feedback
- Best results are achieved by drawing examples from the individual professional context. For this reason, we advise Directors at our Clients to consider booking a full session for their own staff.
- We seek cooperation with of the Participants during and between the sessions of the program
- All Participants working at Ukrainian corporations are expected to have email access; we send useful materials regularly (from weekly to monthly)
- For the 1-to-1 coaching, a report on the individual is written and covers the main observations on improvements.
