Coaching

Every coaching is different from another. Individuals face different choices, different development needs, and change when meeting different provoking thoughts. The start of our process is however, always the same: questioning. We engage the Participant into a deep discussion on performance: we seek the significance of results, failures while at the same time unearthing the professional core faith of the individual.

After this diagnostic phase, we are able to come up with an individual tailor-fitted program. The goal is most commonly achieving new professional operating standards. Other goals can be set upon agreement. We strive for professional improvements.

The fundamentals of coaching

  • understanding the Participant's context
  • agreeing on stepstones and measures of the successes
  • stick to the core professional demands of the Participant
  • readiness to assist in what the Participant feels need of

Agreement

  • Clarify the connection between the aims of the Participant and the enterprise
  • Define the rules, roles and responsibilities as well as set a number of tasks for the Participant
  • Discuss the commercial side of the process with the Client

Strategy to reach impact

Adapt all the interventions of the coach to the personality of the Participant
  • Keep the effective interaction with a continuous feedback
  • Let Participant feel responsible for curing the defined needs
  • Help him live through the changes easier
  • Build the step-by-step way of the Participant towards autonomous acting
  • Focus change through our Professional Transformation Triangle: energy, knowledge, network

The “soft side”

  • understand what happens to the Participant beyond words, discussions and his interpretations
  • build a link between the situations the Participant past experiences
  • verify the congruence between the verbal and non-verbal communication
  • let the Participant find his own explanations of what happens

Impact

Observe and participate in all the stages of the changing process
  • Help participate gain awareness of the changes
  • As first in line to witness changes, provide positive reinforcement
  • Participant grows emotional resources, employs new management skills, and can leverage further its environment
  • Communicate to the Client on the changes witnessed at the Participant

Transfer and autonomy

  • Choose the right moment for the Participant to be left face to face with his situation
  • Show him that he now possesses all the necessary keys to cope with the challenges
